In Milan, where design is a native language, Lemi Group has been designing and manufacturing professional equipment for spas and wellness centres since 1989, distributed across more than 130 countries. Every treatment bed, chair and furnishing comes from a manufacturing cycle that is entirely Italian, from frame to upholstery.
At the facilities in Casalbuttano and Azzanello, in the province of Cremona, every covering is cut and sewn by hand: technical fabrics, eco-leather and premium materials chosen to last over time and meet the demands of the most exacting wellness centres. It is from this attention to detail that the 150,000 handcrafted products distributed worldwide are born.
The load-bearing structures — steel frames and mechanical components of the Milano Evo and Head Spa lines — take shape in the workshop with the same precision a cabinetmaker reserves for wood. The Thermosoft treatment beds integrate antibacterial thermal technology; the Sorrento and Venice Head Spa models add a built-in basin for more elaborate rituals.
The Harmony Lounge brings vibro-acoustic technology to an adjustable electric chaise longue that can be connected to devices: vibration, heat and chromotherapy merge into a multisensory experience. Four international awards — including the American Spa Awards and the ISPA Innovate Awards — and the Italian Excellence Award 2025 certification recognise this ongoing path of research and innovation.
