From the raised terrace, the mountain range presents itself unobstructed: it is one of the clearest vantage points over the lake and its peaks. The Vaglia family has run the hotel since 1937, passing down through generations a family-run, informal style of hospitality that has made the establishment a well-known reference point for motorcyclists and sports groups passing through.
The rooms retain the building's Art Nouveau atmosphere, updated over time with contemporary comforts. The restaurant extends the story: traditional Italian cuisine with specialities of game, mushrooms and lake fish, homemade fresh pasta, and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.
