In Selvazzano Dentro, across a 40,000-square-metre production facility — 20,000 of which covered — the Group handles in-house the prefabrication of reinforced concrete and timber, structural steelwork, and an aluminium window and door workshop: an integrated capacity that reduces reliance on outside suppliers and keeps every stage under control.
More than 230 people — 130 employees and 100 outsourced operators — follow building sites from the Triveneto region to Lombardy and Emilia Romagna. Every team carries ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SA8000 and PDR125 certifications, along with an ESG commitment that includes 100% renewable energy across the facilities: quality here is not delegated, it is carried onto the site.
