Along the Via Aurelia, where Liguria opens onto the Val di Magra, Da Sabrina is the fruit and vegetable shop that brings the work of Lunigiana's farmers into town. Local produce, certified organic, and a selection curated season by season.
What arrives on the counter comes straight from the farms of the Val di Magra and Lunigiana: seasonal cabbages, citrus fruit, niche exotic varieties that Sabrina selects with rigour alongside the local classics. A significant part of the offer is dedicated to local produce, without giving up on variety.
Sabrina knows every product that comes into the shop: she advises on the right ripeness, suggests how to store it and what to do with it in the kitchen, and points out the vegetable best suited to a particular recipe. An expertise that turns a purchase into a conversation, and the shop into a point of reference on the Via Aurelia.
Alongside the fruit and vegetables, the shelf holds a selection of artisan products from the area: local honey, homemade preserves, fresh eggs and, depending on the season, extra virgin olive oil from the area. A small, carefully kept pantry that completes the story of Lunigiana without straying from its measure.
