The dining room is also home to a fixed appointment: once a month, CORS'ITALIA hosts a themed evening that turns dinner into a gathering. A deliberate rhythm, not a casual one, that gives the table a life of its own beyond daily service.
From the stove come Italian and Corsican recipes, with pizza as the connecting thread: served on site or to take away, it is the most direct gesture through which Quentin and Mélanie Paolacci translate their double Mediterranean heritage into food.
