In the Vercelli plain, where time still keeps its own measure, Coccoliamoci Lentamente (“Let's Cuddle Slowly”) welcomes the youngest children on a simple, deep-rooted principle: every child grows at their own pace, and that pace deserves respect and genuine care.
Behind every micro nido (small nursery) that works, there is a project built with care. Roberta Toscano and Maria Grazia, professional educators, have designed a path centred on curiosity, autonomy and socialisation: not a rigid programme, but a structure meant to adapt to each child, from the very first day.
The name is not a generic promise: it is a statement of method. Coccoliamoci Lentamente was founded in July 2016 on the idea that slowness is not a limit but a resource. The nursery also supports breastfeeding, recognising that every family's choice deserves space and continuity over time.
The premises on Via Mazzolotti 7 welcome children from four months to three years old in a setting designed to feel familiar, not institutional. A place where the educators build continuity between home and the outside world every day, accompanying the smallest steps with constant presence.
