In Mede, in the Lomellina region, a family has built its reputation one vending machine at a time since 1978: Civardi Vending has chosen to grow in depth rather than in breadth, and that measure has become its most recognisable trait.
Since 1978, Civardi Vending has been present every day in the spaces of companies, schools and public bodies across the provinces of Pavia, Alessandria, Vercelli and Milan. Installing the vending machines is the first gesture: fieldwork carried out with the care of those who have chosen to serve an ideal number of clients well, favouring quality over expansion.
Reliability is not improvised: Civardi plans maintenance before breakdowns occur, with scheduled replacement of filters, dispensing units and water purifiers. Technical assistance ready to intervene ensures continuity of service for the roughly four thousand users who approach the machines every day.
Restocking is the other face of this widespread presence: over 250 selected items — quality-certified coffees, organic, gluten-free and sugar-free products — reach every served location on a regular basis. Lorenzo and Mattia Civardi, heirs of founder Pier Luigi, have chosen to offer variety without giving up selection.
