produttori — Rimini · Emilia-Romagna
Along the Riviera Romagnola, where the Adriatic sun ripens fruit ahead of every other season, Calandrini Frutta has spent time since 1970 selecting fruit and vegetables, an enterprise that today spans three generations of family, a network rooted in the territory and three proprietary brands recognised across professional dining.
It all begins with the crates arriving at the warehouse: Calandrini Frutta works with a select network of small local producers, choosing fruit and vegetables grown sustainably. Not a commercial choice alone, but a pact of trust built over time with those who work the land of Romagna and the surrounding countryside, season after season, variety after variety.
In the five-thousand-square-metre warehouse in San Vito, every product goes through processing and packaging stages carried out with the latest generation of machinery. The aim is to preserve the integrity and flavour of what the land has already given: a care the Calandrini family has exercised for more than half a century, refining methods and tools from generation to generation, without ever losing sight of the product itself.
On the shelf of finished products stand three names the company has built over time: Melon d'oro, La Rossa di Mantova and Oro Più. Three proprietary brands identifying distinct product lines, each with its own identity of origin and quality, now reaching restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues across Romagna through a direct delivery service with dedicated logistics.
From the Riviera Romagnola, a supply chain linking land and table for more than fifty years: the page tells the story of Calandrini Frutta's service, brands and supply arrangements.
