On Piazza Alberico Gentili, in the heart of one of Italy's most beautiful villages, Bar Centrale Gelateria Incicco has occupied the same corner since 1970. More than fifty years of family management have made this place an essential point of reference for the people of San Ginesio and for those arriving from elsewhere.
Every ritual of the day unfolds at the counter: morning coffee served to perfection, an afternoon pause before the gelato display, an evening aperitivo with cocktails and small bites. A venue affiliated with Touring Club Italiano, where the owners' courtesy has remained, as customers write, of a quality now rare.
The gelato is the result of years spent researching raw materials: natural ingredients, in-house preparation, production that doesn't stop even in winter.
