At alla Meta, Paola Meta has replicated the same spirit — opening at five in the morning, closing late into the night — adapting it to the rhythms and habits of each neighbourhood. A formula that starts at the counter and expands to become a landmark for those who live on these plains of the Po valley.
The counter is the heart of the day: it opens at five in the morning for breakfast and doesn't stop until late at night. Cocktails and buffet mark the shift to aperitivo, when the light changes and the clientele transforms.
