In the Ville Haute (Upper Town) of Luxembourg, where the historic old town looks out over the Pétrusse, a Calabrian former welder opened his Neapolitan pizzeria. It's called Azzurra Mia, and the name already carries a story within it.
Anthony Foti is Calabrian, once a welder, and he chose to start over from scratch. After a radical career change and his first steps in dining, he opened his sign in the ancient heart of Luxembourg: an act of courage carrying all the weight and clarity of a calling recognized late and pursued without reservation.
