In the seventeenth arrondissement of Paris, a short walk from the Parc Monceau, Amunì brings Sicily to the table without compromise: traditional cooking, produce from the island, an address you only find if you go looking for it.
A short walk from the Parc Monceau, in the seventeenth arrondissement, a discreet door opens onto a corner of Sicily in the heart of Paris. Amunì was conceived as a maison sicilienne: not a generic idea of Italy, but a precise address, built around the island's tradition and produce.
The dining room welcomes with the restrained scale of a place that seeks care in the detail rather than the grand gesture. It is the right setting for a cuisine that demands attention: Sicilian cooking, built on raw materials brought directly from the island, which cannot be improvised or simplified to suit international taste.
What comes from the kitchen follows Sicilian tradition without mediation: the cooking at Amunì is a work of selection before it is a matter of technique. Sicilian produce, recipes rooted in the territory, a repertoire that Paris rarely encounters with this fidelity to the source.
