The property stands on the slopes of Monte Peglia, within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve: two historic farmhouses restored by the owner-architect, set amid a landscape of oaks and olive groves. The main house, Cerreto, is built around a thirteenth-century medieval tower and hosts spaces for families, groups and celebrations. From that window, the view over the Umbrian hills runs uninterrupted.
Fourteen independent holiday homes, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with rain shower and a private outdoor area: the property can host up to eighty guests, designed for families as much as for groups, events, seminars and retreats.
