La Trattoria Renzi nasce come Osteria negli anni '40 da Renzi Vittorio e sua moglie Anita.
Ad oggi l'attività è gestita da Renzi Edoardo e la moglie Fernanda insieme al figlio Tomas e la moglie Marzia, mantenendo così la tradizione da tre generazioni e custodendo il segreto delle tagliatelle al ragù.

Seit über 4 Jahrzehnten bieten wir unseren Gästen in unseren beiden Restaurants in Völkermarkt und am Klopeiner See beste italienische Küche, zuvorkommenden Service und echte sizilianische Gastfreundschaft. Guiseppe Caputo legte in der Pizzeria
Lido am Klopeiner See den Grundstein für seine unverwechselbaren, weithin bekannten Pizza-Kreationen. Unzählige Pizzabäcker lernten bei diesem „Urvater“ der Pizzen ihr Handwerk.Nunmehr führen Elisabeth und Antonio Caputo in zweiter Generation unser Unternehmen.
Hochwertige Produkte, die frische Zubereitung ohne chemische Hilfsstoffe und natürlich die berühmte Pizza aus dem mit Holz befeuerten Steinofen zeichnen uns aus. Aber auch Fleischgerichte, frische Pasta und fangfrischer Fisch bieten unseren Gästen viel Abwechslung. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Reservierung in einem unserer Restaurants!

It's a family thing.......
Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
“IN ITALY” nasce dall’idea di creare un prodotto che, oltre ad essere completo, rispecchi l’artigianalità del mestiere. Dalla Brianza alla Toscana
Siamo una famiglia, Carlo ed Elisabetta con i figli Paolo e Marco.
Siamo vissuti per 15 anni a Vimercate, città in provincia di Monza e Brianza, nel mezzo della terra brianzola.
Durante questo periodo abbiamo costruito insieme il nostro sogno di aprire un’attività in proprio immersa nella splendida cornice dell’Appenino tosco-romagnolo.
Nell’estate del 2013 abbiamo dunque lasciato la Brianza e siamo tornati alla casa materna di Elisabetta, a Marradi (FI), nel podere chiamato Figacciolo.
Il nostro ristorante, Il Casolare, è nato così, a coronamento di un sogno.
Siamo partiti con la ristrutturazione della stalla del podere Figacciolo per finire con la riqualificazione dell’intera area intorno alla casa di Agostino e Carmela, genitori di Elisabetta.
Questa terra splendida e incontaminata, unita ad elementi come pietra, legno e fuoco sono i componenti che caratterizzano il nostro ristorante.
Elementi semplici e primordiali che conferiscono alla struttura un’armonia del tutto particolare, Il Casolare è inserito alla perfezione nel contesto del luogo, quasi come se fosse sempre esistito.
Il Casolare si trova immerso nella natura, circondato da campi, boschi, castagneti e viti che si susseguono l’un l’altro dipingendo in ogni momento un quadro unico e indimenticabile
We have long years of experience in the food industry but it is our first restaurant to open in Fort Lauderdale!
Our goal was to create a place where everybody can feel comfortable, cozy, just like home and to bring that unique feeling from Italy!
So all that setting, along with the homemade dishes, we promise will bring back in Italy for a visit!
Everyday specials from our Italian chef are just not to be missed! We will be very happy to meet you in our place that we call home!
