La Trattoria de Gli Amici non è un semplice ristorante. Non solo per le specialità offerte, ma per il clima che si respira. Qui lavorano persone con disabilità affiancate da professionisti e amici.
Questo locale infatti è gestito da una cooperativa sociale promossa dalla Comunità di Sant'Egidio.
 
Tutti gli utili della trattoria sono finalizzati al progetto stesso.
 
Fra le iniziative nate da questo locale corsi di formazione per disabili nel campo della ristorazione e convegni sul tema dell'inserimento lavorativo.

La “trattoria de gli amici” è una ristorazione di qualità con un menù che reinterpreta la tradizione romana con alcune note originali.

Chi viene a trovarci per la prima volta dice "buono!" e poi anche "bello!" il buono è merito della nostra brigata di cucina il bello soprattutto di chi è in sala!

Restaurateur and esteemed chef, Patrizia Branchi, has been a part of award-winning restaurants and Italian cuisine since 1985, when she opened her first restaurant, L’Osteria Delle Tre Panche, in the heart of Florence, Italy.

After moving with her family to the states and getting acquainted with the city’s vast restaurant scene, Patrizia saw an opportunity to open her next culinary venture, where she could continue to share the award-winning recipes she’s spent her life perfecting.
