Etnea Pizzeria è una pizzeria che porta a Amsterdam l’autenticità della tradizione italiana, ispirandosi ai sapori e alla cultura gastronomica del Sud Italia. Il nome richiama l’Etna, simbolo di forza e identità, elementi che si riflettono nella proposta culinaria.

La cucina è focalizzata sulla pizza, preparata con attenzione agli impasti e alla qualità degli ingredienti, nel rispetto delle ricette tradizionali. L’obiettivo è offrire un’esperienza semplice e genuina, capace di trasmettere il carattere della pizza italiana anche in un contesto internazionale.

Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes. 

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.

As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Wer ich bin

Ich, Marinella Brucchieri, stamme aus Sizilien, wo ich Grundschullehrerin war. In Deutschland bin ich seit 1995 in den Gastronomiebetrieben meiner Familie tätig.
Ich bleibe in meinem Ristorante den Traditionen meines Heimatlandes treu.

Special Pizza nasce il 21 Aprile del 2011, dopo un esperienza di 10 anni lavorativi presso un attività familiare da noi gestita. Un lavoro nato semplicemente da una grande passione per la cucina e da tanta voglia di crescere professionalmente

Piazza Vecchia, una trattoria pizzeria che affonda le sue radici nella tradizione di Spezzano Albanese.

Situato nella storica piazza dove un tempo si svolgeva il mercato del pesce, Piazza Vecchia è il sogno realizzato di Raffaele, un giovane del posto con una grande passione per la cucina.

Raffaele ha trasformato questo angolo di storia in un luogo accogliente dove gustare piatti tipici della zona, preparati con ingredienti freschi e genuini.

Ristobar situato a San Vito Lo Capo nato come progetto a conduzione familiare, con l’obiettivo di  creare un luogo accogliente dove condividere momenti di convivialità. Il locale unisce uno stile  moderno a un’atmosfera informale, offrendo spazi interni ed esterni e un ambiente vivace pensato  per accogliere famiglie, gruppi e turisti.

Situato nel centro di Napoli, a pochi passi da via Toledo, nato dalla passione per la cucina  partenopea e dalla volontà di valorizzarne i sapori autentici. Il progetto è guidato da Luigi Di  Criscito insieme al suo team, con un forte legame alla tradizione e alla cultura gastronomica  napoletana.  La proposta gastronomica unisce pizzeria e trattoria, con pizze preparate con impasto leggero e  digeribile e piatti tipici della tradizione napoletana.
