Notre histoire

Depuis que nous avons ouvert nos portes en 2017, notre objectif est resté le même : proposer des plats et produits typiques italiens à emporter. Notre entreprise familiale évolue en permanence, tout comme notre appétit pour de nouvelles recettes créatives. Notre chef propose des plats traditionnels d'Italie et de Sicile, et expérimente sans cesse de nouvelles combinaisons de goûts et de saveurs. Ce n'est un secret pour personne que nous mettons tout notre cœur dans chacun des plats de notre menu. C'est sans doute pour cette raison que nos clients nous réclament sans cesse nos plateaux de pizza. L'idéal pour les fêtes, réceptions, anniversaires, mariages... Rendez-nous visite pour vous délecter de ce produit et d'autres délices encore. Vous ne vous lasserez pas de goûter nos spécialités.

ARANCINI

Vous nous direz des nouvelles de notre sélection d'arancini. Comme tous les produits que nous vendons, le principal ingrédient des arancini est notre passion pour notre métier, et notre engagement vis-à-vis du client. N'hésitez pas à commander pour vous régaler !

L'Osteria Moffelona si trova in una romantica cornice rurale e propone una cucina tipica, con materie prime del territorio. Inoltre, puoi sempre trovare pane e pasta fresca fatti in casa.

La sala principale può ospitare fino a 60 persone, mentre una saletta più piccola e riservata ne accoglie altre 25. Durante la bella stagione è possibile mangiare all'aperto.

L'Osteria dispone di menù dedicati al pranzo di lavoro (dal lunedi al venerdi) che variano ogni giorno. Si propongono, inoltre, menù degustazione su misura per compleanni, feste private, cene e pranzo aziendali, ricevimenti.

La prenotazione è fortemente consigliata.

It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
