Alla Locanda Tre Vie, vi offriamo molto più di una semplice esperienza gastronomica. Siamo una locanda incastonata tra le montagne del Monte Baldo e affacciata sulle splendide colline di Spiazzi.

Ogni piatto è preparato con amore e passione, utilizzando solo i migliori ingredienti locali per celebrare la cucina veronese autentica.

La nostra atmosfera è familiare e accogliente, lontana dalla formalità e dalla fretta della vita quotidiana. Vi invitiamo a rilassarvi e ad immergervi nel panorama mozzafiato che circonda la nostra locanda, a scoprire la leggerezza di un pasto senza pensieri, a condividere storie e risate con il nostro caloroso personale, sempre pronto a servirvi con un sorriso.

It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Our Food

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.

C’era una volta… Così cominciano le favole ma questa che vogliamo raccontarvi è realtà. La storia di una casa, più che di un albergo, che da generazioni manda avanti un concetto di ospitalità e accoglienza in cui tutti possono ritrovarsi e beneficiarne.

La posizione è meravigliosa, immersa nel raffinato borgo di Sant’Angelo con il mare ad un passo tanto che ne puoi sentire l’odore e con l’isola d’Ischia a fare da sfondo.

Tra le esperienze da vivere qui intorno ci sono la baia dei Maronti, la spiaggia più grande e lunga dell’isola di Ischia, dove si trovano anche le antiche terme romane di Cava Scura; la piazzetta ultra chic e le stradine del borgo, per pomeriggi di shopping e serate mondane; per gli amanti del trekking vari percorsi ecologici e itinerari per andare alla scoperta del lato squisitamente rurale dell’isola. Il resto lo fa la famiglia Iacono, attiva nel settore dal 1964, anno in cui è nato l’Hotel Ferdinando, pronta ad ospitarvi per rendere quanto più bella possibile la vostra vacanza.

I fiori all’occhiello della struttura sono poi la cucina, genuina e saporita nel richiamo della cultura gastronomica ischitana, e l’attrezzata area wellness affinché nell’esperienza anche relax e benessere trovino posto.
