Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes. 

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.

As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Specialità della tradizione Toscana

L' Osteria dei Mercanti offre una notevole varietà di piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana ma anche assaggi di prelibata cucina internazionale, accompagnati da vini del territorio.

Mette a disposizione ampie sale caratteristiche, con ancora l'aria dell'antica trattoria toscana, ideali per tranquille cene, ma anche adatte per ricevimenti e cerimonie, soprattutto quando è disponibile anche la bellissima veranda con giardino.

Stemningen er hyggelig og uformel med masser af energi. Her far du italiensk mad, som mamma ville tilberede det. Brodrene Andrea og Pachi laver autentisk antipasti, pasta, secondo og dolce, serveret enkelt og med masser af smag, som deres mor serverede det for dem i Italien.

Mest kendte er de for deres antipasti bræt med et udvalg af italienske specialiteter.

Godt handvark og starke kokkentraditioner  er afgorende, for at alle  måltider bliver en autentisk italiensk oplevelse, der stimulerer sanserne.

Men, det er ikke kun smagslogene, vi mener. Vores mad skal dufte himmelsk, og vores ojne skal forkales med farverige kombinationer af sasonbestemte ingredienser. Det er vores mal, hver gang vi serverer mad til vores gaster.

Det italienske kokken er mangfoldigt, og maden pa Trattoria SUD er ingen undtagelse.
