Il Buon Gustaio opened in February 2021 and is located on Celebration Blvd in lovely Florence, South Carolina. Since it’s inception, Chef Alessandro Salaris has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and creative new approaches into the uncharted territories of Italian cuisine highlighting the freshest local South Carolinian produce.

Il Buongustaio specializes in home-made pasta that is all made in house with our own bronze dyed imported Italian pasta machines.  These machines allow them to provide the freshest and most authentic taste of true Italian pasta dishes. 

No dish compares with one made with this new take on the ancient and authentic taste of fresh-made pastas. 

Enjoy eating in our beautifully quaint establishment while watching the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen dining room.
