Chef Rosario is passionate about food and grew up in a large family in Naples where life revolved around the kitchen table. He was taught to cook by his mother and aunt who took the young Rosario on their daily trips to the market.
Today Rosario continues these traditions in Edinburgh, serving the authentic Italian food of his childhood, created using the best ingredients available each day
