Meine Geschichte beginnt in einem kleinen Dorf auf Sizilien namens Delia, einem legendären Land voller Kultur und typischer und authentischer Gerichte.
Ich zog nach Deutschland, wo ich in verschiedenen Branchen arbeitete, widmete mich dann aber der Gastronomie als Kellner in einer bekannten sizilianischen Pizzeria.
Diese langjährige Erfahrung ermöglichte es mir, alles über Pizza zu lernen. Nach verschiedenen Entscheidungen plante ich in meinem Kopf, in diesem kleinen Dorf namens Saulheim mein eigenes Unternehmen zu gründen, das mich willkommen hieß und mich an den Ort erinnert, an dem ich aufgewachsen bin.
Jedes Gericht, das ich zubereite, besteht aus frischen Zutaten und Rezepten, die ich gelernt habe und die mir eine berühmte Pizzeria in Sizilien namens Pizzeria 360° Gradi, mit der wir eine Partnerschaft haben, zur Verfügung gestellt habe.
Ich lade Sie ein, diese typischen Gerichte zu probieren, die mit Leidenschaft zubereitet und von mir und meinen Mitarbeitern mit einem Lächeln serviert werden. Leidenschaft und Freundlichkeit.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

La sala 1,elegante,raffinata,moderna unica ospita per banchetti di un massimo di 70 persone, la sala 2 piu alternativa a compleanni e a buffet,adatta anche come location per cabaret,musica dal vivo e rassegne teatrali per un massimo di 150 persone .
Il servizio che offriamo per ogni vostro ricevimento e esclusivamente soggettivo,tutto in base alle vostre idee ed esigenze.

Sì, perchè la nostra forza è prima di tutto la nostra meravigliosa posizione, centralissima tra Rimini, la Dolce Vita e, Riccione, la Perla Verde, a soli 20 metri dalla più SPAZIOSA, SICURA E ORGANIZZATA spiaggia d'Italia e, la zona davanti a noi, preceduta dagli ampi giardini e l'animazione, è sempre stata anche tra le più belle e grandi della nostra zona e, infatti proprio qui, sono partiti i lavori per il progetto più ambizioso del nuovo lungomare Riminese che sfocerà non con un grande belvedere ma bensì due, bellissimi, attrezzati e con giochi d'acqua!

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.
Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.
Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.
Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

I was born in Sorrento and started to work in the kitchen at a young age. Cooking has always been my passion and my dream has always been to own a restaurant – finally my wish came true in the beautiful picturesque village of Boston Spa Wetherby!
