Upon opening her first restaurant L'Osteria delle Tre Panche in Florence, Italy, Patrizia Branchi has been a part of award-winning restaurants and Italian cuisine since 1985. What started as a family restaurant in Florence has turned into success across borders. She and her late husband Roberto, both natives of Florence, moved to California to fulfill their lifelong dream of running a restaurant in the United States. Although thousands of miles from home, Patrizia continues to serve the same traditional Tuscan dishes that received worldwide recognition back in Florence.
Operacaffe is an inviting restaurant in the Gaslamp District serving authentic, award-winning Italian cuisine. It is the history and experiences that make Operacaffe truly different than the many other Italian restaurants in this area. La Locanda degli Angeli nasce dalla passione di Silvana per la cucina e per la magica armonia di sapori, di profumi e di colori che può venire fuori da una sapiente ricerca di prodotti, unita ad una straordinaria capacità di elaborarli.
Silvana ha trasmesso la sua passione alle figlie, Verdiana e Francesca, che insieme a lei, accolgono gli ospiti con il sorriso sincero dell'entusiasmo e dell'amicizia, per accompagnarli a scoprire i piatti delle origini e della tradizione delle terre di Paliano, che alla Locanda degli Angeli, assumono una nuova, raffinata identità.

This is a new concept of "Fast Food", we only use fresh and high quality Italian products. The bread we use comes from on of the finest bakeries in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, which has been in business for 30 years. It is delivered to us every morning, right out of the oven, still warm, and with its fresh fragrance.
We only use high quality Italian cold cuts and all the ingredients and condiments are imported directly from Italy, like our bufala mozzarella delivered fresh every week.
We do not make hot paninis and we do not use a press, because by using only fresh bread and the best products we want to preserve the quality of the Italian cold cuts being served so that we may offer our customers the very best tasting paninis.
