Da Marco’s idea began from his passion for food, believes that the food should be an adventure resulting with culinary creations, in addition to his knowledge of seasonality and sustainability as well as trained in all facets of culinary execution.
Followed by a professional team of locals and internationals with a strong f&b background, he has always shown a great appreciation for food and the way it connects to people, their families and friends. The simplicity of the food and the great ingredients say it all, it was no surprise that this was the chosen career path for this artistic and passionate chef.

O novo restaurante é dos mesmos três sócios do Italy Caffe, o espaço que foi inaugurado em 2011 no Saldanha.
