Cooking Classes
As part of our mission to educate on all things Italian, we offer cooking classes for all of the family. Specialist classes for adults include how to make fresh ravioli and gnocchi, while children can try their hand at making tagliatelle.
Traditional Italian Food
Da Carlo offers home cooked South Italian Food and we offer a warm welcome and extensive menu including breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

About Carlo
I was born in Sorrento and started to work in the kitchen at a young age. Cooking has always been my passion and my dream has always been to own a restaurant – finally my wish came true in the beautiful picturesque village of Boston Spa Wetherby!
