Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.
Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

In sala, Beatrice, che l'anno scorsa si è aggiudicata il titolo di Miglior Sommelier Valle d'Aosta 2019, è sempre pronta a consigliarvi il vino migliore da abbinare alle vostre portate.
Senza dimenticarci poi di Mauro, padrone di casa attento e premuroso che ancora oggi, dopo 45 anni di attività, porta avanti con gioia il suo lavoro.

La qualità dei prodotti
Tutti i nostri primi piatti sono realizzati con formati di pasta prodotti artigianalmente dallo Chef, con grani dell’azienda agricola Senatore Cappelli.
Le portate seguono la stagionalità delle materie prime, così che ne venga esaltato al massimo il sapore nei singoli piatti coniugando sapientemente innovazione e tradizione.
Al ristorante Mere troverete piatti preparati utilizzando solo materie prime locali della migliore qualità, perché un piatto di alta cucina si realizza solo con ingredienti selezionati fra i migliori. I nostri piatti sono il risultato della passione per l’arte culinaria dello Chef.
Il nostro Chef
Fabrizio sechi nasce a Macomer (Nu) nel 1993. Dopo aver frequentato la Scuola Alberghiera di Alghero, inizia da giovanissimo l’attività professionale in prestigiosi alberghi e ristoranti, come il Ristorante La Lepanto Cecchini, Hotel Colonna Pevero, Hotel Quarté Sayàl, Hotel Salus, Resort GeoVillage, fino ad approdare nel 2015 al Lugana Restaurant di Manchester come Head Chef, il ristorante, grazie alla sua cucina, ha ottenuto importanti riconoscimenti.
Nel 2018 Fabrizio torna nella sua amata terra per lavorare nel ristante stellato di Stefano Deidda – Dal Corsaro, proseguendo così la sua crescita professionale e avvicinandosi sempre di più al sogno di una vita, aprire il propio ristorante.

L'Antica Fornace è un ristorante-pizzeria che si trova nel centro storico di Treia, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, in provincia di Macerata.
Ci piace onorare le specialità enogastronomiche locali e i prodotti della nostra terra, per questo portiamo in tavola i piatti tipici della cucina marchigiana e italiana, dalla carne al pescato, puntando su ingredienti semplici e di qualità, freschi e genuini, il più possibile a chilometro zero e nel rispetto del ciclo delle stagioni, selezionando con cura i nostri fornitori locali.
Mentre il pane, la pasta all'uovo e i dolci sono interamente di nostra produzione.
Disponiamo di diverse sale che si prestano bene anche alla celebrazione di momenti importanti, e di due terrazze panoramiche che si aprono sul paesaggio collinare marchigiano fino alla costa Adriatica e al Monte Conero.
