Ich, Marinella Brucchieri, stamme aus Sizilien, wo ich Grundschullehrerin war. In Deutschland bin ich seit 1995 in den Gastronomiebetrieben meiner Familie tätig.
Ich bleibe in meinem Ristorante den Traditionen meines Heimatlandes treu.

Ich will Ihnen den Flair meines Heimatlandes nahebringen und Sie für eine gewisse Zeit in das mediterrane Ambiente Italiens entführen. In meinem Ristorante lernen Sie italienische Gastfreundschaft und Lebensfreude kennen.

Pizza Chef Riccardo, a native of Abruzzo, Italy, was trained under World Pizza Champions and Master Instructors, Graziano Bertuzzo and Gianni Pompetti.  He immigrated to America along with him his dream of bringing a high quality pizza using the finest ingredients to the New York Metro area. 

Together with his wife, Anna and brother in law Frank L'arte della Pizza Brooklyn was born.  Your go to spot for gourmet pizza by the slice or pie. Every slice and every dish is made with love. Every customer is considered part of our pizza family.  Benvenuto nella nostra famiglia!

Sin dalla più giovane età nutro la passione per la cucina e l’arte culinaria seguendo i passi della mamma cuoca che lavorava presso la palazzina azzurra di San Benedetto del Tronto.

Nel 1985 mi diplomo all’istituto alberghiero e inizio a muovere i primi passi nell’attività di famiglia “Il Capriccio” e nel corso dei 10 anni successivi con grande professionalità. Successivamente nel corso degli anni ho gestito altri locali portandoli ai massimi livelli con tanto di riconoscenze comunali e provinciali.

Dal 2018 ho in gestione questo chalet ristorante, i locali cambiano ma la genuinità e semplicità della cucina restano, soprattutto ciò che li caratterizza: piatti di pesce fresco e di qualità; pesce acquistato di persona e di prima mattina nei migliori mercati ittici della zona.

Anche in questa nuova avventura, con mia moglie Liana, coccoliamo i nostri clienti con la stessa professionalità e amore.

Se ti stai chiedendo cosa significhi, allora ti diciamo che è un termine nordico, uno di quei concetti intraducibili che rendono uniche le diverse lingue e culture.

E' hygge apprezzare la semplicità di gesti quotidiani, passare momenti piacevoli con le persone a cui tieni, aprirsi a quelle che ancora non conosci. I danesi lo chiamano così, ma noi abbiamo voluto creare un piccolo angolo in cui poter condividere le nostre esperienze e accogliere le vostre, magari davanti ad un buon caffè. Un posto in cui sentirsi parte di qualcosa di più che un locale, quartiere, città o nazione.

Siamo a Milano, ma ci piace pensarci come un filo conduttore tra storie diverse e in qualche modo connesse; come quella volta in cui ti si è bucata la ruota della macchina sulla Route 66 o di quando hai dormito sotto il cielo islandese.

Il Gattopardo restaurant italien s’est peaufiné une identité avec de bons petits plats malins à base de produits vraiment italiens de qualité.
A deux pas du centre commercial "Les Passages" et de Marcel Sembat, dans une ambiance chaleureuse, on trouve l'addition douce et le service souriant.

Parmi les Antipasti une délicieuse Burratina crémeuse et speck,

au Chapitre des pâtes, un petit choix mais que du bon: Rigatoni pomodoro aubergines et copeaux de parmesan, Tagliolini à la crème de truffe, Spaghetti noirs langoustines et asperges.... On y déguste aussi la pizza Lupara ou Estate ainsi qu'un incomparable tiramisu fait maison.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
