Il "Ristorante Bettinelli" si trova a Curno in provincia di Bergamo

Nato dall’impegno di nonno Marino e nonna Rina nell’anno 1962, il Ristorante Bettinelli é ormai alla terza generazione passando dapprima dalla gestione dal figlio Evelino coadiuvato dalla moglie Luisa ed ora dal nipote Marco con la moglie Monica nel segno della continuità di questo ormai storico locale a gestione familiare….

La nostra cucina di impronta Bergamasca e Lombarda viene arricchita anche di alcuni piatti a base di pesce che il proprietario/chef Marco vi propone nelle diverse serate a tema con ricette accattivanti.

Molto curata anche la nostra proposta per il pranzo di lavoro arricchito da un buffet di verdure di giornata crude o al vapore.

Le sale del ristorante sono ideali per ospitare ogni vostro evento e ricorrenza, con ampio parcheggio disponibile. Per questo motivo dedichiamo un’ampia scelta di menù (con vini, bevande e dessert compresi) adatti a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza.

Il locale è inoltre dotato anche di una saletta più intima denominata “la saletta di Tamara”, dove si trova una grande riproduzione fedele di Tamara De Lempicka (pittrice Art-dèco del secolo scorso) molto amata dalla proprietaria Monica.

La carta dei vini ha una selezione di aziende nazionali, con alcune etichette di Franciacorta, vini bianchi e rossi Docg.

Our goal was to create a place where everybody can feel comfortable, cozy, just like home and to bring that unique feeling from Italy!

Max'S Beer Garden, simpatico nome per il locale, che accoglie la sua clientela con grande calore in un locale giovane fresco e curatissimo, dove si può mangiare una ottima puccia ma anche steakhouse, hamburgher e delle mega insalatone, degli sfiziosissimi fritti, tipici della zona, il tutto con ingredienti di primissima qualità.

Our History

Luis Mena always had the dream of coming to America andachieving the American dream. Luis arrived in the USA at the age of 17, full ofdreams and desire to work and be part of this country, a country where dreamscome true... America. He soon developed a passion for the art of food, flavors,and the culture of the restaurant world.

For several years, Luis was working for different restaurants, looking for a better future, but most importantly… looking for his passion. On one occasion, Luis had the opportunity to travel to Italy. On his trip he was able to learn more about the culture and art of Italian food, its wines and its essence in general, from the north of Italy to the south inSicily.

Luis Mena has always been a man of challenges and one ofthem was opening a restaurant of his own with his wonderful wife Claudia Menathat has been one of their dreams since they met. Their dream came true onSeptember of 2019 in Rancho Santa Margarita.

The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.

Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.

Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.

This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.

Enrico

Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.

Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.

Vincenzo

Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.

The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.

Il Ristorante Panorama nasce nel lontano 1985 dallo Chef Marco Graziosi e sua moglie Stefania, è situato su un Agropoli che domina l’alta Valle del Sacco.

Lo chef Marco ha saputo miscelare tradizione e prodotti del territorio Lepino, rivisitando le ricette di una volta e apportando così gusto e innovazione nella ristorazione laziale.

Italienischer Koch und Pizzabäcker
Davide Grillo ist am 27.05.1975 in Kalabrien (Italien) geboren. Davide's Vater Saverio ist auch Pizzabäcker. Bei Ihm sammelte er von klein auf Erfahrungen und fand hier die Leidenschaft für diesen Beruf. Auch Davide's jüngerer Bruder Giovanni arbeitet in der Pizzeria und setzt somit die Tradition der Grillo's als Pizzabäcker fort.

In den letzten 25 Jahren arbeitete Davide in Italien, Frankreich, den Niederlanden und Deutschland, in verschiedenen und auch eigenen Restaurants.

2015 übernahm er die August-Lämmle-Stube in Roßwag. Hier haben Davide und seine Frau Rosanna ihre Erfüllung gefunden und freuen sich auf weitere schöne Jahre in dem kleinen Weindorf.

2023 übernahm Davide die Pizzeria La Taverna von seinem Vater Saverio, die er im März 2023 eröffnet hat.

Ristorante specializzato in cozze, ostriche e crudi di mare. Fondato nel 2000 in via Muratori, oggi si trova in via Pietro Calvi 34, Milano.
