Our Story

Using his experience as a founding member of a global Italian chain “Fratelli la Bufala® Mimmo decided to move forward with his own brand “Mimmo la Bufala” and now serves some of the best pizza and Italian food in London.

With many awards and nominations over the last 20 years, Mimmo’s restaurant showcases the gastronomic heritage of Naples with critically acclaimed pizzes, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Unlike marry other restaurants that claim to cook pizzas the Italian way, Mimmo’s real wood fired oven ensures extraordinarily tasty and authentic pizzas, using the finest Italian toppings.

Born in Pozzuoli Napoli and living much of his life in Florence, whatever he is doing Mimmo is always back in time to welcome people to his restaurant to entertain and create an atmosphere, as his passion for food comes only second to his passion for life.

With just one glance down the wine list at Mimmo’s you will see that the wines here have all been carefully chosen to perfectly complement the menu

Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.

The noble and romantic atmosphere of Veneto, in combination to the unique dishes, place the restaurant among the bests of its kind.

The experienced chef of Veneto prepares dishes that satisfy even the most demanding palate, without forgetting every day’s special. Most customers take under serious consideration his opinion on what to order.

There is a wide variety of appetizers, pasta and first courses. But no one can leave the restaurant without trying the desserts made by our chef.

Nuestro compromiso es de dejar conocer la verdadera cocina Italiana en Puerto Rico. La Cocina Italiana es parte de nuestra tradición que se ha desarrollado durante siglos. Actualmente para dejar a conocer  la verdadera Cocina Italiana hecha por verdaderos Italianos, hemos abierto una Trattoria típica Italiana ubicada en Levittown Ave.Boulevard frente a la Iglesia del Cristo Soberano, adonde podrán degustar unos cuantos verdaderos platos de la gastronomía Italiana. Luego de solo 8 meses hemos ganado el premio de " Restaurante del Año 2014 " segùn la votación del publico en la encuesta " Cebolla & Pimiento " y el premio como mejor Restaurante Italiano según la votación Cebolla & Pimiento y la votación del Publico.

Este Año 2022 hemos ganado el certificado de EXCELENCIA ITALIANA directamente de Italia . mucho trabajo pero muchas satisfacciones, considerando que todo lo que hemos hecho, se hizo  utilizando los mejores ingredientes Italianos  y cosa mas importante el amor per la cocina Italiana, primera en el mundo por cantidad e calidad de platos.
