La gustosa nasce a Matelica nel 1986 come pizzeria al taglio e produzione di dolci tipici locali. Oggi l’offerta si è ampliata e possiamo coprire ogni esigenza dei nostri affezionati clienti.

La nostra pasticceria porta come marchio i valori della nostra terra con materie prime eccellenti e calore umano che diventa passione. La nostra produzione è attenta nella scelta e selezione delle materie prime e delle ricette tradizionali sia nel dolce che nel salato.

COLAZIONE

Ogni mattina vi aspettiamo per la nostra colazione con vasto assortimento di brioches dalle classiche con crema o marmellata alle integrali con marmellata ai frutti di bosco  o cioccolato bianco e perché no al pistacchio

Ogni giorno prepariamo una vasta selezione di pasticceria fresca. Ingredienti di qualità e cura del dettaglio per paste da mangiare anche con gli occhi. Ogni giorno una ricca selezione: dalla classica pasticceria della tradizione italiana, alla mignon classica e moderna. Fresche tutti i giorni.

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.

Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.

Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.

Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

Our History

Luis Mena always had the dream of coming to America andachieving the American dream. Luis arrived in the USA at the age of 17, full ofdreams and desire to work and be part of this country, a country where dreamscome true... America. He soon developed a passion for the art of food, flavors,and the culture of the restaurant world.

For several years, Luis was working for different restaurants, looking for a better future, but most importantly… looking for his passion. On one occasion, Luis had the opportunity to travel to Italy. On his trip he was able to learn more about the culture and art of Italian food, its wines and its essence in general, from the north of Italy to the south inSicily.

Luis Mena has always been a man of challenges and one ofthem was opening a restaurant of his own with his wonderful wife Claudia Menathat has been one of their dreams since they met. Their dream came true onSeptember of 2019 in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Donna Assunta 1954 é un Ristorante Pizzeria nato nella Cittá meneghina nel 2018.

Il ristorante Donna Assunta, specializzato nella cucina tipica dei campi Flegrei, nasce dalla volontà di Peppe e Rosaria, creatori del progetto ed eredi di una lunga tradizione familiare nel settore dell’ospitalità.

Donna Assunta offre e pone sempre grande attenzione alla scelta delle materie prime e al rispetto delle ricette tradizionali.

Il ristorante è realizzato in un'ambiente accogliente, sobrio e con una proposta gastronomica di ottimo livello. La passione e l'esperienza dei proprietari vi farà assaggiare dei sapori molto accattivanti cominciando dalla semplice pizza, cotta nel forno a legna ma anche pietanze di carne e di pesce preparate secondo la tradizione antica della Cucina tipica dei Campi Flegrei.

Il nostro ristorante è ideale sia per una cena romantica che per pranzi di lavoro, feste private, eventi.

Donna Assunta 1954 vuole proporre anche a Milano la grandezza delle risorse enogastronomiche dei Campi Flegrei.

Il Menu di Donna Assunta 1954 è caratterizzato dalla scelta di avere un numero relativamente basso di portate ma sempre cucinate al momento oltre che con ingredienti freschi e genuini.

Una particolare attenzione viene dedicata infine alla clientela con problemi di allergie o di celiachia per la quale possono essere preparate su richiesta specifiche pietanze senza glutine e ipoallergeniche.

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Our Food

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.
