In attività dal 1978, Trattoria Sabrina è un ristorante tipico di Villaga, in provincia di Vicenza, dove avrete la possibilità di riscoprire i sapori più autentici e genuini della cucina tradizionale veneta e vicentina.

Caratterizzato da un’ambientazione semplice ma curata, il locale è situato in una zona tranquilla, affacciato su una piazzetta panoramica dove è possibile mangiare all’aperto durante la stagione estiva.

Inserita nella celebre guida Routard, la nostra trattoria è molto frequentata dai turisti, oltre ad essere un punto di riferimento per tutti coloro che desiderano gustare una cucina semplice e genuina, durante la pausa di lavoro o per un momento conviviale da trascorrere in famiglia o tra amici, all’insegna della tranquillità e del buon gusto.

La nostra azienda nasce nel 2010 a coronamento di un sogno,quello del Maestro Pizzaiolo Michele, che dopo anni in giro per l'Europa e nella sua città, decide di dare vita alla nostra attività.

Negli ultimi 10 anni ha trionfato con 5 titoli mondiali, 2 guinness world record e ha fatto parte della delegazione di pizzaioli che si è impegnata a far diventare la pizza patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO.

Negli anni non ha mai dimenticato l'amore verso la propria terra,la Basilicata, che valorizza in tutte le sue pizze gourmet e nei piatti della nostra cucina ispirata alla tradizione lucana. La leggerezza dell'impasto a 48h di lievitazione,la passione per l'arte della panificazione,la qualità e la ricercatezza degli ingredienti formano un mix di sapori ed emozioni unico nel suo genere.

Nell'ultimo anno i suoi sforzi si concentrano nella sostenibilità ambientale dell'azienda e nella valorizzazione dei prodotti d'eccellenza rendendo del brigante un'azienda che abbia al centro del suo essere l'etica,la sostenibilità,e la territorialità.

Quarantasette camere dotate di servizi privati, doccia o vasca, balcone (tranne tre camere singole al 5° piano), TV LED 24”, WI-FI gratuito, phon (da ritirare presso la reception), telefono e cassaforte. Solo trentuno camere (dietro e ai lati dell’hotel, quattro singole + tre al 5° piano, venti doppie, quattro triple) hanno l’aria condizionata. Nelle altre sedici camere (sulla facciata, otto doppie e otto triple) c’è il ventilatore.

​På Godthåbsvej 42 ligger en italiensk restaurant med plads til 76 spisende gæster.

​Med åbningen af en italiensk restaurant i 1982 har Ristorante Da Claudio nu ligget på adressen i over 30 år, men allerede før den har bygningen huset mange restauranter.

Siden 1890’erne har stedet altså budt gæster på god mad, og i dag kan du nyde lækre og traditionelle italienske specialiteter på vores italienske restaurant.​

Her finder du en stor og stemningsfyldt italiensk restaurant med rå murstensvægge, der er dekoreret med fotografier af legendariske, italienske filmstjerner. Indretningen er gennemgående italiensk inspireret med en hyggelig atmosfære.

​Alle kokke og tjenere er italienere, som brænder for at give deres vidunderlige madkultur videre, hvilket også gør Ristorante Da Claudio på Frederiksberg til en italiensk restaurant med mange stamkunder.​
Hjemmelavede italienske pastaspecialiteter

På vores menukort finder du klassiske italienske specialiteter – deriblandt pizza, pasta og andre retter. Vi er en italiensk restaurant som vægter vores italienske rødder højt. Derfor er al vores pasta hjemmelavet og laves frisk hver dag. Blandt de mange pastaretter finder du klassikere som:

L’albergo nasce da un accurato progetto di recupero architettonico di antiche abitazioni, restaurate e trasformate in un albergo diffuso.

L’albergo rappresenta innanzitutto una dichiarazione d’amore per un territorio dalla bellezza primitiva, di grande interesse  storico – artistico, enogastronomico e naturalistico.

La struttura offre un ampia tipologia di camere diverse tra loro, caratterizzate dal giusto connubio tra design moderno e finiture antiche.

È possibile organizzare eventi, e dedicare un pensiero ad amici e parenti con dei cadeau (regali) di “gran gusto”.

Cooking Classes

As part of our mission to educate on all things Italian, we offer cooking classes for all of the family. Specialist classes for adults include how to make fresh ravioli and gnocchi, while children can try their hand at making tagliatelle.

Our Story

Using his experience as a founding member of a global Italian chain “Fratelli la Bufala® Mimmo decided to move forward with his own brand “Mimmo la Bufala” and now serves some of the best pizza and Italian food in London.

With many awards and nominations over the last 20 years, Mimmo’s restaurant showcases the gastronomic heritage of Naples with critically acclaimed pizzes, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Unlike marry other restaurants that claim to cook pizzas the Italian way, Mimmo’s real wood fired oven ensures extraordinarily tasty and authentic pizzas, using the finest Italian toppings.

Born in Pozzuoli Napoli and living much of his life in Florence, whatever he is doing Mimmo is always back in time to welcome people to his restaurant to entertain and create an atmosphere, as his passion for food comes only second to his passion for life.
