Pizza Chef Riccardo, a native of Abruzzo, Italy, was trained under World Pizza Champions and Master Instructors, Graziano Bertuzzo and Gianni Pompetti.  He immigrated to America along with him his dream of bringing a high quality pizza using the finest ingredients to the New York Metro area. 

Together with his wife, Anna and brother in law Frank L'arte della Pizza Brooklyn was born.  Your go to spot for gourmet pizza by the slice or pie. Every slice and every dish is made with love. Every customer is considered part of our pizza family.  Benvenuto nella nostra famiglia!

Fashion Mitho’s Cafè & Restaurant, fondato nel 1993 da Massimo Cacchiarelli, nel corso degli anni è diventato uno dei locali più conosciuti nella Provincia grazie alle sue nuove idee e innovazioni.

Il menù del Fashion Mitho’s Cafè & Restaurant offre una vasta gamma di piatti, che spaziano dai classici ai più elaborati e innovativi. Specializzati negli Sfiziosi Apericena e nei Piatti speciali dello Chef. Gli ospiti possono dunque godere di un ambiente curato e carino, arricchito da uno staff cordiale e professionale.

Lo staff del Fashion Mitho’s Cafè & Restaurant è composto da Massimo, Samuela, Sonia e Monia, che sono pronti ad offrire un eccellente servizio ai clienti.

Storia di Vulcano Milano

Vulcano Milano nasce in Via Giacomo Matteotti a Cinisello Balsamo come Bar e Gelateria di zona, ma nel 1966 viene preso in gestione da “i fratelli biondi” che trasformano il bar di quartiere in un vero e proprio ristorante chiamandolo Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano.

Dopo circa mezzo secolo il locale viene rilevato da Denis e Mirsad, fratelli anche loro, con una passione: la pizza!

I nuovi soci del Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano hanno una lunga esperienza nel settore food & beverage. Denis, ex cuoco, da circa 10 anni fa il pizzaiolo. Ha sempre lavorato al fianco di un famoso cuoco siciliano, ma un giorno si è innamorato della pizza e non l’ha più lasciata.

Mirsad è un pizzaiolo dal 2013 e la sua esperienza lo ha portato a lavorare in diverse realtà Lombarde. Ha fatto esperienza con Chef francesi e in una famosa pizzeria Milanese.

Poi dal 2013, per circa 4 anni, i due fratelli hanno lavorato in un ristorante di Assago dove son cresciute la loro professionalità e voglia di fare impresa.

Dal 2013 al 2018 han sempre gareggiato ai Campionati mondiali della pizza di Parma e nel 2015 Mirsad si aggiudica il 12° posto nel concorso europeo. Nei vari concorsi mondiali più volte sono arrivati tra i primi 30 classificati su un totale di ben 3.800 concorrenti.

Nel 2017 Mirsad e Denis che erano alla ricerca da lungo tempo di una location che rispecchiasse le loro esigenze, rilevano il Ristorante Pizzeria il Vulcano. Dopo pochi mesi fanno l’inaugurazione del locale completamente ristrutturato e nasce Vulcano Milano.

Le difficoltà iniziali son state ricompensate dal feedback dei clienti, infatti la voglia dei due imprenditori di crescere non si ferma mai…

Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.

The noble and romantic atmosphere of Veneto, in combination to the unique dishes, place the restaurant among the bests of its kind.

The experienced chef of Veneto prepares dishes that satisfy even the most demanding palate, without forgetting every day’s special. Most customers take under serious consideration his opinion on what to order.

History

A food-family affair

The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.

Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.

Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.

This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.

Meet Our Dedicated Chefs
Enrico

Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.

Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.

Vincenzo

Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.

The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.
