Corria o ano de 1944, quando os três irmãos Giacinto, Varese e Alvaro Cristiani, ainda bastante novos, chegaram a Roma no auge da Segunda Guerra Mundial com o desejo e a esperança de construir um futuro para a sua família. A paixão pela culinária da sua terra natal, a Toscania, e sua dedicação ao trabalho foram os elementos que levaram estes três rapazes a escrever o futuro do seu restaurante: Fiammetta.

Este espaço foi fundado e é ainda gerido como uma pequena empresa familiar há mais de 74 anos, e é um ponto de encontro para palatos nostálgicos, caçadores de sabores tradicionais, turistas curiosos e clientes fiéis.

O Fiammetta agora duplicou o seu endereço com a abertura das novas instalações em Lisboa, Portugal, com um restaurante e uma loja gourmet que se reúnem no mesmo espaço. Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.

The noble and romantic atmosphere of Veneto, in combination to the unique dishes, place the restaurant among the bests of its kind.

The experienced chef of Veneto prepares dishes that satisfy even the most demanding palate, without forgetting every day’s special. Most customers take under serious consideration his opinion on what to order.

Mit unserem Pizzaholzofen im Frontcoocking und mit unserem original italienischem Pizzateigrezept gelingt uns eine große und leicht verdauliche Pizza die kross und gleichzeitig saftig bleibt.
Zudem ist der Ofen ein sehr angenehmer Kollege in den Wintermonaten.

Der Einstieg in der Gastronomie vor ca. 25 Jahren war die richtige Entscheidung, noch heute erfreue ich mich, jeden Tag Gäste zu bedienen und ihnen meine Kultur näher zu bringen.
 
Den Entschluss haben wir damals als Familie getroffen. Den Impuls und den Mut an mich selber zu glauben und mich zu verwirklichen gaben mir mein Vater und meine Mutter. Zusätzlich bestärkten mich meine Geschwister in meinem Entschuss.

Ristorante & Catering

Nella zona del Prosecco Docg Conegliano Valdobbiadene, sulla sommità di un colle dove i vigneti contendono al bosco i ripidi pendii, è sita la casa colonica del Ristorante da Brun .

Da tre generazioni la famiglia Brun si dedica con passione alla cucina tradizionale dell’alta Marca Trevigiana.

Oggi ad accogliere i clienti vi sono i nipoti del capostipite  Lino;  Lino e la sorella Marisa, coadiuvati da genitori e consorti, ci allietano con i loro tipici piatti: le rinomate carni cotte alla brace, la sopressa nostrana, il muset (cotechino), le verdure di stagione colte nel proprio orto e poi ancora  i bolliti e gli arrosti al forno ….. e alla fine del pranzo un caldo caffè alpino – quasi un emblema della casa – fatto con tanta buona grappa .

L’ambiente, rurale e genuino, è subito accogliente; ampie sale interne possono servire banchetti per numerosi  invitati così che il Ristorante da Brun risulta luogo ideale per pranzi di nozze e feste oltre che per un convivio in famiglia o con gli amici o anche per una tranquilla cena romantica.

D’Inverno è piacevole sedersi ad un tavolo vicino al fuoco del camino, proprio come accadeva un tempo nelle case di campagna; nella bella stagione mangiare all’aperto, all’ombra della lunga pergola di viti, permette di degustare i buoni cibi immersi nel verde paesaggio circostante.

Da Brun ogni stagione è bella, ogni pranzo un piacere vero, ogni festa un successo: tutti momenti felici da ricordare .

La nostra PIZZERIA si trova a Roncaglia, un piccolo paesino del comune di Civo, sulla costiera dei cèck, in Valtellina ed è a conduzione familiare.

Quando abbiamo aperto, nel 2017, abbiamo fatto una scelta specifica su cosa proporre ai nostri clienti.
Proporre oltre alla pizza anche un menù con varie scelte di piatti o puntare solo sulla pizza? La scelta è stata semplice.
Abbiamo deciso di proporre solo pizza provando però a distinguerci per le caratteristiche delle nostre pizze.

La lunga lievitazione è l'utilizzo di ingredienti di qualità di origine italiana, cotte nel forno a legni rendono le nostre pizze soffici e fragranti, ma sopratutto molto digeribili.

Se ci siamo distinti dagli altri? Questo non aspetta a noi dirlo ma ai nostri clienti.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.
