Villa Fossa Mala, immersa fra i vigneti del Friuli,
è la Tenuta di famiglia Roncadin.
Punto di riferimento per la loro azienda a conduzione familiare, è il luogo in cui si concretizzano i sogni di Edoardo, che fin da bambino giocava in questa tenuta, allora abbandonata e ricca di fascino.
Qui sperimentano i sapori della gastronomia locale da accompagnare con il vino di propria produzione.
Fiume Veneto, 12 maggio 2003: parte da qui il progetto Fossa Mala, un’idea giovane in una terra antica e unica nel suo genere nella DOC Grave del Friuli.
Un territorio vocatissimo che, a differenza di altre zone della Grave, qui si fa “grasso” e ricco del limo e dell’argilla depositati nei millenni dalle piene dei fiumi che caratterizzano la zona.
Dai 6 ettari iniziali si è giunti ben presto agli attuali 36 ettari:una crescita costante voluta fermamente dalla famiglia Roncadin per produrre vini importanti, inimitabili e in grado di dare forti emozioni.
Anche la sede che ospita e rappresenta questa passione è unica come i risultati che si prefigge: un’antica villa nella pianura di Fiume Veneto veglia sui circostanti vigneti, sul lavoro dell’uomo e sul lento alternarsi delle stagioni che, insieme, rendono grande il vino Fossa Mala.

Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.
The noble and romantic atmosphere of Veneto, in combination to the unique dishes, place the restaurant among the bests of its kind.
The experienced chef of Veneto prepares dishes that satisfy even the most demanding palate, without forgetting every day’s special. Most customers take under serious consideration his opinion on what to order.
There is a wide variety of appetizers, pasta and first courses. But no one can leave the restaurant without trying the desserts made by our chef.

The Restaurant
Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

an der malerischen Strandpromenade versehen, bietet das Essbar ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für alle Sinne.
Besonders kulinarisch verspricht die neapolitanische Küche eine regelrechte Verführung des Gaumens. Eine Empfehlung des Hauses ist ein Besuch in den frühen Abendstunden, wenn die Sonne langsam ins Meer gleitet und den Himmel dabei in ein wunderbares Rot färbt – ein Anblick, der übrigens bei keinem Borkum-Urlaub fehlen darf.

Unsere Pizza
Wenn ein Italiener ein Restaurant eröffnet, darf ein Gericht auf seiner Speisekarte nicht fehlen: Pizza. Die italienische Nationalspeise hat eine jahrhundertealte Tradition, mit der auch Leonardo Iannantouni und sein Team nicht brechen.
Rund 40 verschiedene Pizza-Sorten stehen auf der Speisekarte der Essbar. Darunter befinden sich selbstverständlich die beliebte Pizza Quattro Stagioni oder die Pizza Magherita. Aber auch gewagtere Variationen wie die Pizza Maruzella mit Bananen, Schinken und Gorgonzola sind im Essbar zu haben. Ob klassisch, mit Meeresfrüchten oder für fleischlos: Hier findet jeder Gast seine Lieblingspizza.
Alle Pizzen werden nach italienischem Original-Rezept frisch zubereitet.
Cocktailbar
Gibt es denn etwas Schöneres als im Sonnenuntergang gemütlich einen Cocktail zu schlürfen? Die wohl beste Möglichkeit, um ein solch tollen Augenblich zu erleben, bietet die einladende Terrasse des Essbar am Musikpavillion.
Nat?rlich darf hier auch keine Cocktailbar fehlen und so besticht das Essbar mit einer riesigen Auswahl an hervorragend gemixten Drinks mit oder ohne Alkohol. Sie haben nun auch Lust bekommen, eine Caipirinha, einen Sex on the Beach oder einen anderen Sundowner zu sich zu nehmen. Einer der einladenden Terrassenplätze wartet sicherlich schon auf Sie.
