Oltre alla rinomata Pizzeria “Classica” e “Gourmet”, la Cucina di “Ciccio” è riconosciuta per la cura nella preparazione che si sposa alla bontà degli ingredienti.
Il Menu variegato, propone, insieme ai Piatti tradizionali Cilentani, Specialità a base di Carni selezionate e Pesce fresco di giornata, si completa con Prodotti di prima qualità (Bio ed a Km 0) ed Eccellenze Eno-Gastronomiche di origine controllata.

Siamo un gruppo di ragazzi autistici che insieme a Nico Acampora, fondatore di PizzAut e papà di un bimbo autistico, sta costruendo una grande progetto di inclusione, una grande opportunità per noi ma anche per te.
Il progetto
Il progetto vuole avviare un laboratorio di inclusione sociale attraverso la realizzazione di un locale gestito da ragazzi con autismo affiancate da professionisti della ristorazione e della riabilitazione.
I ragazzi saranno avviati ad una prima fase di formazione che consentirà di studiare insieme a psicologi ed educatori la mansione più adeguata per ciascun ragazzo inserito nello staff di PizzAut e soprattutto le modalità attraverso le quali farlo sentire auto-efficace ed in equilibrio con il mondo che in quel momento sta attraversando.

Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.
