Welcome to the Risto-Pizzeria Raoul's. As a traditional ristorante and pizzeria, we offer authentic Italian cuisine that will transport you straight to Italy. Our menu is a tribute to the classic flavours and recipes of Italy, prepared with love and passion. You can look forward to crispy pizzas, freshly made pasta and a selection of tantalising antipasti that leave nothing to be desired.

In our Risto pizzeria, you can experience the culinary diversity of Italy up close. In addition to our popular pizzas and pasta dishes, we also offer a slice of Napoli street food - a real highlight for all lovers of Italian street food. Our dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and with carefully selected ingredients.

Our Risto-Pizzeria Raoul's not only offers culinary delights, but also a special ambience for various occasions. Enjoy warm summer evenings in our cosy beer garden, which can accommodate up to 120 people. For larger events, you can use our main hall, which offers space for 50-60 guests and is ideal as an event location. Our adjoining room also invites you to linger in our stylish lounge, which can accommodate around 40 people.

I am so excited to open my new restaurant in Haslemere and I look forward to serving you some of my family favourites and some classic Italian dishes soon.

I have over 20 years experience in managing and working in the catering industry both as an importer and exporter of fine foods from Italy and as a restaurateur in London. I felt it was time to take life a bit easier and start up something for me and my family. The experience I gained from working at United Colours of Benetton and launching Boscoreale, a restaurant which I have now sold, has given me the foundation to start something smaller and more intimate.

My passion is food, family and good company. I look forward to welcoming you to Carlo Independent Italian Restaurant soon and for us to laugh and love food together.
