It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

Il ristorante Oca Bianca è una bellissima cascina completamente immersa nella campagna, ma a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Modena.

Sembra incredibile che, così vicino alla città, esista un così delizioso angolo di paradiso. I campi, la campagna e una dolcissima fattoria, circondano questo posto incantevole che non mancherà di stupirvi.

Rustica, ma finemente arredata, la nostra location non mancherà di soddisfare anche i più esigenti tra voi. D'inverno uno spettacolare camino acceso riscalda l'ambiente e il cuore, d'estate il fresco del portico vi farà dimenticare la calura della città.

Paolo Ravella, dopo una lunga e prestigiosa esperienza iniziata nel 1988 nel campo della ristorazione, reincontra nel 1992 la sua attuale compagna, Paola Sghiavetta. Entrambi, avevano in passato, frequentato la stessa scuola alberghiera diplomandosi a pieni voti e con grande soddisfazione. Quel nuovo incontro dà vita alla loro prima esperienza lavorativa svoltasi nel Ristorante Domus di Fiorenzuola d’Arda. In seguito, e più precisamente , nel 2003, decidono di aprire il Ristorante

La Stazione di Milvera a San Bonico, alle porte della città. La continua voglia di rinnovarsi permette loro, nell’anno 2009, di realizzare un altro sogno e di aprire l’attuale Trattoria Paoli. Il locale, risalente alla metà dell’800, era inizialmente adibito agli artigiani locali, all’antico macello e alla vecchia pesa. Oggi, dopo una sapiente ristrutturazione assume un aspetto molto raffinato ed accogliente.

La loro cucina, curata personalmente da Paolo, ha sane radici tradizionali con varianti che seguono la cucina nazionale. Ricco e variegato è il menù i cui piatti toccano i sapori e gli aromi delle stagioni alternandosi tra proposte di carne e pesce. Fiore all’occhiello del locale è la cantina, gestita personalmente da Paola, che vanta una carta di circa 300 etichette tra nazionali ed estere. Nota di merito per la qualifica di sommelier di Paola, diplomata Fisar.

Ottimo il servizio e la disponibilità offerta dal personale altamente qualificato, ma soprattutto amena l’atmosfera resa ancora più familiare dalla simpatia dei due titolari.

an der malerischen Strandpromenade versehen, bietet das Essbar ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für alle Sinne.

Besonders kulinarisch verspricht die neapolitanische Küche eine regelrechte Verführung des Gaumens. Eine Empfehlung des Hauses ist ein Besuch in den frühen Abendstunden, wenn die Sonne langsam ins Meer gleitet und den Himmel dabei in ein wunderbares Rot färbt – ein Anblick, der übrigens bei keinem Borkum-Urlaub fehlen darf.

Unsere Pizza

Wenn ein Italiener ein Restaurant eröffnet, darf ein Gericht auf seiner Speisekarte nicht fehlen: Pizza. Die italienische Nationalspeise hat eine jahrhundertealte Tradition, mit der auch Leonardo Iannantouni und sein Team nicht brechen.

Rund 40 verschiedene Pizza-Sorten stehen auf der Speisekarte der Essbar. Darunter befinden sich selbstverständlich die beliebte Pizza Quattro Stagioni oder die Pizza Magherita. Aber auch gewagtere Variationen wie die Pizza Maruzella mit Bananen, Schinken und Gorgonzola sind im Essbar zu haben. Ob klassisch, mit Meeresfrüchten oder für fleischlos: Hier findet jeder Gast seine Lieblingspizza.

Alle Pizzen werden nach italienischem Original-Rezept frisch zubereitet.

Cocktailbar

Gibt es denn etwas Schöneres als im Sonnenuntergang gemütlich einen Cocktail zu schlürfen? Die wohl beste Möglichkeit, um ein solch tollen Augenblich zu erleben, bietet die einladende Terrasse des Essbar am Musikpavillion.

Nat?rlich darf hier auch keine Cocktailbar fehlen und so besticht das Essbar mit einer riesigen Auswahl an hervorragend gemixten Drinks mit oder ohne Alkohol. Sie haben nun auch Lust bekommen, eine Caipirinha, einen Sex on the Beach oder einen anderen Sundowner zu sich zu nehmen. Einer der einladenden Terrassenplätze wartet sicherlich schon auf Sie.

Unsere Speisen

Ob mit Frühstück, Bruschetta, Pizza, Pasta, Entrecote, Tiramisu oder original italienischen Eis – der erfahrene Restaurantleiter Leonardo Iannantouni aus Süditalien versteht es, seine Gäste mit Köstlichkeiten aus seiner Heimat zu verzaubern.

Und tatsächlich läuft einem beim Anblick der reichhaltigen Speisekarte sofort das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Von Fischspezialitäten über Entrecote mit gemischten Pilzen und Zwiebeln, Spaghetti, Gambas mit Sherrytomaten und Rucola, Pizza mit Parmaschinken bis hin zu den großen Frühstücksangeboten ? im der Essbar findet jeder, was sein Herz und Magen begehren!

Live music, hip hop, balli caraibici, dance anni Settanta e Ottanta, ma anche canoa, equitazione, fly e wakeboard, cable wake up, pedalò e solarium. Sono le diverse della Pasquetta firmata “El Primero Club”, nell’Ecoparco del Mediterraneo (via Fiumitello II in località Mezzagni a Castel Volturno).

La location propone un Lunedì in Albis, con eventi per grandi e più piccoli, in programma dalle 9 a mezzanotte, immersi nel verde a pochi chilometri dal centro di Napoli.

I più piccoli avranno a disposizione aree di giochi gonfiabili e animatori; gli adulti che potranno cimentarsi con attività sportive o “dance”, a bordo della “piscina galleggiante” sul lago o preferire escursioni a piedi o in bici.

Il tutto accompagnato dalle note live di Kiu&Solea e dalla selezioni sonore del dj Mr Charlie. 

Ampio spazio anche al gusto, per chi non intende rinunciare all’inossidabile pic nic di Pasquetta.

Ladengeschäfte bekannt und begrüßt mit seinem Team - mit großer Herzlichkeit – nun auch seit Januar 2020 Gäste und Kunden in der „Pescheria da Daniele“ am Katharinenplatz 29 in Mühldorf.

Der Vollblutgastronom liebt es seinen Gästen und Kunden auch Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen!
