La Galleria della Pizza è il posto ideale dove assaggiare i sapori tipici italiani, è un locale dove la tradizione italiana viene rispettata in ogni momento della realizzazione di una pizza, un luogo dove non mancano mai gli ingredienti freschi ed il forno a legna per un sapore autentico.

Il centro nasce dalla voglia di mettere a frutto le esperienze maturate da dipendente, nel corso degli anni, del suo titolare Secci Stefano. "Alla base del mio progetto c'è la consapevolezza di essere custodi di una vera e propria arte e, a conferma delle mie convinzioni, ho deciso di chiamare alcune pizze con nomi che si rifanno a pittori del passato, tra i più famosi". Così è nata la pizzeria La Galleria della Pizza, un vero e proprio "tempio" dove la pizza è disegnata dalle mani sapienti di un artista che, oltre a preoccuparsi della quantità degli ingredienti, ha sempre dato una particolare rilevanza alla qualità e al metodo.

Comodamente da casa con una semplice telefonata potete ordinare la vostra pizza preferita e il team de La Galleria della Pizza si occuperà in breve tempo della consegna a domicilio anche a Carate fino all'ospedale. Dal 2018 abbiamo introdotto anche impasti : integrale , kamut, senza lievito e senza glutine (fatta in un forno dedicato ).

The family-run deli & trattoria is located in the heart of Whitley Bay, offering Italian tapas, pasta, pizza and street food in the restaurant, on the alfresco terrace or as take away.

Open throughout the day and evening, Pranzo works closely with local producers, as well as speciality Italian artisans, to create a menu that can be enjoyed by all of the family. The wine list is sourced directly from Italian vineyards featuring classics such as Vermentino Toscano, Chianti Classico , Aglianico Porconero and Cannonau Dolinova.

Tuscan-born, Pablo, has spent over 20 years in the food and wine industry in Italy and here in the North East. Together with his wife Louise, they have created Pranzo to showcase mouth-watering family recipes using the highest quality ingredients. Pablo and Louise’s vision for Pranzo is to create a casual and friendly space, where authentic Italian cuisine can be enjoyed with family and friends.

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

il Conte", nasce nel 1982, grazie a laura e Gian Pietro, è lui il famoso Conte, chiamato così per il modo scanzonato di vivere e vestire negli anni '60 (nessuno sospetta che in fondo il Conte per via materna discende dai Benincasa, antica nobile famiglia Orvietana, di cui esiste ancora un palazzo).

Oggi gestita dalle figlie questa trattoria di campagna cerca di compiacere i pala ti di orvietani e non....molti dimostrano il proprio da anni e il "Conte sentitamente ringrazia.....
