NUESTRA HISTORIA
Partimos de una larga tradición de cocineros y gastrónomos italianos hasta llegar a Adriana Hija que actualmente representa la sexta generación. Su Abuelo “Giulio” fue uno de los cocineros en el Vaticano con el papado de Monseñor Montini y su tía Abuela “Corrada” fue cocinera de Mussolini.
Su madre Adriana tuvo un restaurante Italiano en Madrid en Arturo Soria que regentaba con su esposo Emilio en el cual recibieron muchos premios de Cocina, uno de ellos a su hija Adriana “Gran Collar de Oro a la Calidad Gastronómica en Reconocimiento a su Prestigio e Imagen”, su madre también salió en canal cocina protagonizando varios programas de cocina italiana llamado “Pasta e Basta”.
Nuestra cocina se fundamenta en un amplio recetario tradicional y familiar compuesto de una amplia oferta gastronómica con gran variedad de platos elaborados ,de deliciosa comida casera “casalingo”,sabores mediterráneos que recorren parte de la geografía italiana desde Roma pasando por Verona y hasta la región de la Toscana.

Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, süditalienisches "Ristorante e Pizzeria" mit kalabresischen Wurzeln.
Unser Barservice verwöhnt sie vom frisch zugebereitetem Aperitif bis hin zu einem heißen Espresso mit einer haselnussbraunen Crema.
Mit unserem Pizzaholzofen im Frontcoocking und mit unserem original italienischem Pizzateigrezept gelingt uns eine große und leicht verdauliche Pizza die kross und gleichzeitig saftig bleibt.
Zudem ist der Ofen ein sehr angenehmer Kollege in den Wintermonaten.
Von Antipasto bis Zabaione, von alt bekannten italienischen Speisegerichten hin zu neuen italienischen Kreationen wird bei uns unter kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und einem ständigen Streben nach Gastorientierung in allen Bereichen gearbeitet.
Die Auswahl unserer Produkte und das Angebot auf der Karte entscheiden wir gemeinsam am Familientisch unter Berücksichtigung der offenen Kritik unserer Gäste.
Unser gesamtes Team orientiert sich an Nachhaltigkeit und der Frische der zu verarbeitetenden Produkte.
Der Einkauf richtet sich an der Nachfrage der Gäste.
So oft wie nur möglich reisen wir nach Italien um neue Ideen für Sie auf den Teller zu bringen.

Das Team sind wir alle und damit meine ich auch den Gast.
Der Einstieg in der Gastronomie vor ca. 25 Jahren war die richtige Entscheidung, noch heute erfreue ich mich, jeden Tag Gäste zu bedienen und ihnen meine Kultur näher zu bringen.
Den Entschluss haben wir damals als Familie getroffen. Den Impuls und den Mut an mich selber zu glauben und mich zu verwirklichen gaben mir mein Vater und meine Mutter. Zusätzlich bestärkten mich meine Geschwister in meinem Entschuss.

La Trattoria Renzi nasce come Osteria negli anni '40 da Renzi Vittorio e sua moglie Anita.
Ad oggi l'attività è gestita da Renzi Edoardo e la moglie Fernanda insieme al figlio Tomas e la moglie Marzia, mantenendo così la tradizione da tre generazioni e custodendo il segreto delle tagliatelle al ragù.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".
Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.
Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us
At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
