La nostra missione è quella di farvi vivere, per qualche ora, le esperienze di gusto tipiche della cucina ibérica argentina.
Il menù di Bacancíto propone un’offerta culinaria che parte dai tacos e dalle empanadas, per arrivare alle tapas di carne e pesce, oltre a pregiati tagli di carne argentina, il tutto circondati da un’atmosfera calda e accogliente.
Origine del nome
Il nome Bacancíto deriva da “bacán”, un termine che nei barrios di Buenos Aires si usa per definire un uomo elegante e raffinato, che ama la “buena vida”, galante con le donne, amante delle feste, della buona cucina e del buon vino.

La nostra cucina offre piatti tradizionali come il Jamón de Pata Negra, tagliato fresco dal nostro cortador de jamòn, i montaditos, le empanadas e l’immancabile carne argentina alla griglia, insieme a proposte più innovative a base di pesce. Dalla materia prima al piatto, usiamo solo ingredienti di prima qualità, ricercati e selezionati da noi.

The Restaurant
Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.
Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.
Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.
Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.
Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

Bontà Nascoste - ristorante di pesce - Lerici
Fa bella mostra di sé, appesa ad una delle pareti della sala da pranzo, la pagina del New York Times del giugno 2010 che promuove Bontà Nascoste come miglior ristorante di Lerici.
Il locale si apre su una delle strette strade che dalla passeggiata a mare salgono verso la parte alta di Lerici . Ci troviamo in piena zona pedonale per cui è necessario lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio pubblico.
Orario di apertura:
Tutte le sere 19,30 - 23,00 per la cena.
Da giovedì a domenica aperti anche a pranzo 12,30- 15,30.

Genuss ist vielfältig – besonders im Ristorante Al Caminetto da Mario. Im gediegenen Ambiente harmonieren Küche und Keller mit der Kulisse der Wiener Innenstadt. Küchenchef Davide verwöhnt Ihren Gaumen mit erlesenen Speisen wie Jakobsmuscheln, Alba-Trüffel, Sarde in Saor, Vongole Veraci u v.m.

Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, süditalienisches "Ristorante e Pizzeria" mit kalabresischen Wurzeln.
Unser Barservice verwöhnt sie vom frisch zugebereitetem Aperitif bis hin zu einem heißen Espresso mit einer haselnussbraunen Crema.
Mit unserem Pizzaholzofen im Frontcoocking und mit unserem original italienischem Pizzateigrezept gelingt uns eine große und leicht verdauliche Pizza die kross und gleichzeitig saftig bleibt.
Zudem ist der Ofen ein sehr angenehmer Kollege in den Wintermonaten.
Von Antipasto bis Zabaione, von alt bekannten italienischen Speisegerichten hin zu neuen italienischen Kreationen wird bei uns unter kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und einem ständigen Streben nach Gastorientierung in allen Bereichen gearbeitet.
Die Auswahl unserer Produkte und das Angebot auf der Karte entscheiden wir gemeinsam am Familientisch unter Berücksichtigung der offenen Kritik unserer Gäste.
Unser gesamtes Team orientiert sich an Nachhaltigkeit und der Frische der zu verarbeitetenden Produkte.

Der Einstieg in der Gastronomie vor ca. 25 Jahren war die richtige Entscheidung, noch heute erfreue ich mich, jeden Tag Gäste zu bedienen und ihnen meine Kultur näher zu bringen.
Den Entschluss haben wir damals als Familie getroffen. Den Impuls und den Mut an mich selber zu glauben und mich zu verwirklichen gaben mir mein Vater und meine Mutter. Zusätzlich bestärkten mich meine Geschwister in meinem Entschuss.
