An intimate dining experience of Classical Italian Cuisine specialising in fresh sea food and fish.
After qualifying in 1984 at VILLA DELLE ROSE catering college in the Campania region of Italy, Giovanni began working at the prestigious 5 star Torre Oliva Hotel situated in the Gulf of Policastro. He moved to Edinburgh in 1985 where he worked at Cosmo restaurant in Castle Street until 1990. He then moved to take the position of Head Chef at San Marco Restaurant in Stockbridge. After many years of catering experience, Giovanni decided to venture out and open La Bruschetta Restaurant in August 2002.
With an emphasis on fresh seafood and fish, local produce is sourced where possible to create seasonal variations in the A la Carte and Menu del Giorno, all complimented by an extensive wine list.
