Meet our Team
Sergio Di Leo, born in Bisceglie (south Italy) started his studies in the “Istituto Alberghiero” to get his degree for hotel and catering.
As soon as he started working in restaurants it became obvious he was born to run a restaurant with the skill and passion he had, working in a lot of places in all over the country.
In 2016 he moved to Belgium where he got a job in the restaurant “La Bussola” as a chef where he worked his way up and eventually took the restaurant.
Chef Josef Tomasi has born in Lipstad, Germany.
He start to get in love with the food culture thanks to his first experiences gained through his native land, Sicily.
Working for major restaurants like Vicari, placed in a small village called Noto, Siracusa province, he gained experience and made up new dishes putting on main duties the research and the freshness of them!
With a menu’ based on local Sicilian and pugliesi traditional dishes, our chef offers a wide variety of speciality that bring our customer on a journey to discover perfumes and new typical Italian tastes!
