I proprietari e lo staff del ristorante agriturist Piccolo Ranch vi accoglierà in un oasi di pace e tranquillità tra' le verdi colline Arceviesi, nel cuore delle Marche.

I nostri ospiti potranno degustare la cucina tipica marchigiana. Il riposo è garantito delle camere climatizzate e il relax da una piscina con idromassaggio.

Our Story

Using his experience as a founding member of a global Italian chain “Fratelli la Bufala® Mimmo decided to move forward with his own brand “Mimmo la Bufala” and now serves some of the best pizza and Italian food in London.

With many awards and nominations over the last 20 years, Mimmo’s restaurant showcases the gastronomic heritage of Naples with critically acclaimed pizzes, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Unlike marry other restaurants that claim to cook pizzas the Italian way, Mimmo’s real wood fired oven ensures extraordinarily tasty and authentic pizzas, using the finest Italian toppings.

Born in Pozzuoli Napoli and living much of his life in Florence, whatever he is doing Mimmo is always back in time to welcome people to his restaurant to entertain and create an atmosphere, as his passion for food comes only second to his passion for life.

With just one glance down the wine list at Mimmo’s you will see that the wines here have all been carefully chosen to perfectly complement the menu

Il nostro ristorante, Monna Isa, si trova nel centro storico di Ginevra dove si incontrano modernità e tradizione, dove la tradizione italiana si affianca a quella francese. Wine bar, ristorante, gastronomia, sono queste le identità del Monna Isa, declinate in un ambiente elegante e moderno, caratterizzato da superfici di legno, di marmo e da luci calde che renderanno la vostra permanenza un’esperienza unica nel suo genere.

Isabella, la creatrice, l’ispiratrice e il costante motore dell’attività di questo originale locale, è così appassionata al progetto da lasciare la professione a Roma per intraprendere questa nuova avventura in questo angolo di Svizzera aperto, internazionale e multietnico.

Monna Isa vi propone tre diversi percorsi.
Il primo rigoroso e tradizionale che, attraverso un menu ricercato ed autenticamente italiano, ma senza inutili sofisticazioni, saprà prendervi per mano conducendovi in un viaggio attraverso lo stivale.

Il secondo più dinamico e moderno vi farà assaggiare le delizie meno scontate e conosciute e, proprio per questo, più intriganti e appassionanti. All’interno di questo coinvolgente percorso, il vino della ricchissima cantina esalterà ogni passaggio, proponendosi come l’ingrediente segreto della magia che si crea a questo desco conviviale.

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Our Food

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.

Above all, our focus resides in delivering good food and good times. And if we can do that, then we can be content in the knowledge that we’ve done our job.
