Restaurateur and esteemed chef, Patrizia Branchi, has been a part of award-winning restaurants and Italian cuisine since 1985, when she opened her first restaurant, L’Osteria Delle Tre Panche, in the heart of Florence, Italy.

After moving with her family to the states and getting acquainted with the city’s vast restaurant scene, Patrizia saw an opportunity to open her next culinary venture, where she could continue to share the award-winning recipes she’s spent her life perfecting.

Cooking Classes

As part of our mission to educate on all things Italian, we offer cooking classes for all of the family. Specialist classes for adults include how to make fresh ravioli and gnocchi, while children can try their hand at making tagliatelle.

Una piccola oasi nel verde, vicino al centro, ma nella quiete più totale. Riguardo al cibo: tutto fatto in casa, con verdure prevalentemente provenienti dell'orto di famiglia. I lievitati sono preparati con lievito madre di produzione pripria.

Arte, Qualità e Tradizione, ecco cosa contraddistingue la pizzeria Antonio e Gigi Sorbillo. Una famiglia nata e cresciuta con la Pizza , difatti la tradizione da pizzaioli è stata tramandata loro nel sangue. Tutto è iniziato nel 1935 con il nonno Luigi Sorbillo e infine via discorrendo 21 figli tutti instradati verso l’arte della pizza.

Oggi Antonio e Gigi Sorbillo conservano la tradizione sin nei minimi dettagli ,impasto ben lievitato e prodotti genuini. Dal menù potrete scegliere la variante che più aggrada i vostri gusti , dalle semplici Marghetita e Marinara alla gustosa Ischitana con pomodorini, mozzarella di bufala ,prosciutto crudo,rucola e scaglie di parmigiano .

Per gli appassionati di birra offriamo sempre qualità eccellenti e adatte alla pizza , mentre per i cultori del vino falanghina e aglianico non mancano mai! Il nostro locale si trova a Via dei Tribunali 38, in una delle strade più belle e antiche di napoli, e ci troverete aperti dal Lunedì al Sabato sia a pranzo che a cena !

Da qualche anno inoltre la nostra pizzeria offre la pizza Senza Glutine preparata dai nostri pizzaioli che può essere gustata in compagnia di una buona birra senza glutine.
