Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

På Godthåbsvej 42 ligger en italiensk restaurant med plads til 76 spisende gæster.
Med åbningen af en italiensk restaurant i 1982 har Ristorante Da Claudio nu ligget på adressen i over 30 år, men allerede før den har bygningen huset mange restauranter.
Siden 1890’erne har stedet altså budt gæster på god mad, og i dag kan du nyde lækre og traditionelle italienske specialiteter på vores italienske restaurant.

Her finder du en stor og stemningsfyldt italiensk restaurant med rå murstensvægge, der er dekoreret med fotografier af legendariske, italienske filmstjerner. Indretningen er gennemgående italiensk inspireret med en hyggelig atmosfære.
Alle kokke og tjenere er italienere, som brænder for at give deres vidunderlige madkultur videre, hvilket også gør Ristorante Da Claudio på Frederiksberg til en italiensk restaurant med mange stamkunder.
Hjemmelavede italienske pastaspecialiteter
På vores menukort finder du klassiske italienske specialiteter – deriblandt pizza, pasta og andre retter. Vi er en italiensk restaurant som vægter vores italienske rødder højt. Derfor er al vores pasta hjemmelavet og laves frisk hver dag. Blandt de mange pastaretter finder du klassikere som:
- Ravioli med kødfyld
- Tortellini med fyld af spinat
- Ricotta serveret i salviesmør
- Risotto
- samt den italienske rødkitost, Tallegio
Som enhver traditionel italiensk restaurant har vi også et bredt udvalg af lækre hovedretter med både kød og fisk. Mange gæster kommer for de gode bøffer – eksempelvis den klasissiske ret Filetto di manzo alla Rossini (stor mørbradbøf med en skive stegt foie gras, trøfler og maderiasauce.)

Benvenuti a La Terrazza di San Guido
La Terrazza di San Guido è un ristorante che si affaccia sul bellissimo panorama Gualdese. Situato nel verde della Pineta di
Gualdo Tadino a 600 metri di altezza, a poche centinaia di metri dal Centro Storico.
Legato al territorio, il ristorante propone una cucina tipicamente umbra, con ingredienti a km zero, pasta fatta in casa e piatti che rispettano la tradizione locale.

I nostri cuochi sono Romani, ai fornelli comanda nonna Iris, capo chef di 92 anni che si divide ancora oggi nei suoi 4 ristoranti tra Roma e Milano.
Nei nostri ristoranti si cucinano solo prodotti BIOLOGICI: con Antonia e Rita al mattarello si stende FARINA MACINATA ANCORA A PIETRA a tutte le ore del giorno e della sera, per servirti pasta fresca fatta al momento.
I nostri mastri fornai ogni mattina preparano il pane, le crostate, e tutti i nostri dolci.
I fritti sono fatti in padella con olio extravergine di oliva proveniente da frantoi umbri e toscani, si friggono i supplì, le crocchette e le olive ascolane che facciamo noi, e ad ogni fritto si cambia l’olio.
Da noi si condisce il tutto con:
GUANCIALI di Norcia stagionati 6 mesi, con UOVA BIOLOGICHE di gallina di campagna, con PARMIGIANO DELLE VACCHE ROSSE 48 MESI DI STAGIONATURA: sono vacche che producono poco latte e che per fare una forma se mungono 550 litri di latte.
PECORINO VERO ROMANO, proveniente dai nostri allevamenti.
MOZZARELLA DI VERA BUFALA DI BATTIPAGLIA. DALLE NOSTRE CAMPAGNE ci arrivano Abbacchi, Galletti, Conigli e Maialini, Ricotte squisite che potete assaporare nei nostri Ravioli e nella nostra torta con ricotta e cioccolata.

Un piccolo angolo di Langa a Torino
Il RISTORANTE BELVEDERE nasce nei primi anni sessanta grazie ad un'intuizione dei nonni Edda e Oreste.
Il ristorante subisce una nuova ristrutturazione alla fine degli anni novanta quando entrarono ad aiutare Piera e Giorgio, i figli Alessandra e Luca.
Fu per un lungo periodo una trattoria e si trasformò in ristorante quando ne assunsero la gestione la figlia di Edda e Oreste, Piera e il marito Giorgio.
Adoperandosi per migliorare la struttura già esistente si è arrivati ad offrire alla clientela due sale curate nei particolari uno splendido dehor estivo e la possibilità di pernottare grazie alla creazione di un piccolo albergo nato nell'ultimo decennio.
Rinomato bar/ristorante alle porte della splendida isola di Ortigia, offre diverse varietà di alimenti tipici e locali, tutti di produzione propria.
