Il nostro ristorante e pizzeria pluripremiata è il luogo ideale per chi ama i sapori del mare e vuole assaggiare una pizza innovativa e creativa. Offriamo una vasta selezione di impasti speciali come integrale, curcuma, paprika, oro fibra, multicereali, cacao, canapa, grano saraceno, che vengono maturati per almeno 72 ore per garantire una pizza leggera e digeribile.

La nostra cucina è adatta anche per i vegani, infatti proponiamo un'ampia scelta di piatti vegani e vegetariani. Inoltre, per chi vuole pranzare da noi, offriamo questa possibilità.

Siamo anche una sala ricevimenti perfetta per ospitare eventi speciali come matrimoni, feste di compleanno, battesimi e molto altro ancora. La nostra location è elegante e accogliente, ideale per rendere ogni evento indimenticabile.

Il Gattopardo restaurant italien s’est peaufiné une identité avec de bons petits plats malins à base de produits vraiment italiens de qualité.
A deux pas du centre commercial "Les Passages" et de Marcel Sembat, dans une ambiance chaleureuse, on trouve l'addition douce et le service souriant.

Parmi les Antipasti une délicieuse Burratina crémeuse et speck,

au Chapitre des pâtes, un petit choix mais que du bon: Rigatoni pomodoro aubergines et copeaux de parmesan, Tagliolini à la crème de truffe, Spaghetti noirs langoustines et asperges.... On y déguste aussi la pizza Lupara ou Estate ainsi qu'un incomparable tiramisu fait maison.

Le restaurant Le Sapori, à Eysines , près de Bordeaux ,  vous fera découvrir les saveurs de l'Italie. Le chef cuisine dans le respect total des traditions de son pays. Passionné par son métier, la provenance, la qualité et la fraîcheur de ses produits sont une priorité pour lui. Il a ouvert avec son épouse ce restaurant  cette année et est propriétaire d'un autre restaurant identique, en Italie, depuis 15 ans.

Des spécialités et une cuisine italienne près de Mérignac

Ce chef cuisinier, fort de sa vingtaine d'années d’expérience dans la cuisine italienne, saura vous faire voyager, sans bouger de votre chaise, dans le restaurant le Sapori ou chez vous, grâce au service de plats et pizzas à emporter. Vous serez reçu très chaleureusement par une serveuse et vos plats seront préparés par le chef et son commis de cuisine.

It's a family thing.......

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!
